 Press “ON” button, LED1,LED2,LED3light laste 3 seconds, that means the insoles turns into Auto mode.

Heating Temp.: 40°C, Heating Time: 10-12hrs. 

 

Manual Mode:    

1) High Level (Heating Temp.: 50°C, Discharging Time: 6-8hrs) 

2) Mid Level (Heating Temp.: 45°C, Discharging Time: 8 -10hrs) 

3) Low Level (Heating Temp.: 40°C, Discharging Time: 10-12 hrs)
